The last several times we've used this unit has been during the Spring skiing season. Access to the lift is only a short bus ride away, and the bus stop is right across the street from the Sheraton. The excellent thing about a lockoff unit is you can host another couple and they have complete privacy, or you can bank one or both of the bedroom units or exchange them through Vistana/Marriott. There are several excellent restaurants in the area, or you can enjoy top notch restaurants in Beaver Creek or Vail.

We just spent three nights in the lodge at Branson Ridge. It is a mile from Silver Dollar City. The property has had upgrades from the last time we visited with our family. New paint, carpet, mattresses. We no longer have an RV so our membership is not as good a deal for us, but we still get a free week at any of the properties owned by Ocean Canyon Properties. Also they have merged with a company that have REALLY nice properties in the upper Midwest. If you are a serious RVer this is really a good deal. We are getting older and don't use it much. BUY MY TIMESHARE. You won't regret it!

Top-notch resort on the Pacific Ocean side in Cabo San Lucas. Clean, welcoming, plenty of sand and poolside service is great. On site restaurants serve up great options. Awesome options for food and drink just down the hill.

Whatever your favorite thing about New York might be, you could not be more perfectly centered in the City than you would be from this full apartment in the center of the BIG APPLE. Walk to any theater in minutes. Absorb yourself in the beauty and tradition of Central Park. If you're a family with children of any age, find endless joys for them right at hand such as THE CHILDREN'S ZOO IN CENTRAL PARK. Go to an event at Carnegie Hall, right across the street from Manhattan Club. Enjoy the history and art of Rockerfeller Plaza, St. Patrick's Cathedral, and so many, many more preferences you might have. NY has nurtured people throughout its entire history, and the comfort and modernity of the Manhattan Club enhances your joys every night as you look forward to the pleasures of the GREAT GOTHAM as your temporary home.

We vacationed in HH in Aug, Sept, Oct. and Nov. The accommodations were all very nice.
Most units were very spacious for 4 of us (adults). The amenities included pools, fitness rooms, and fully equipped kitchens in the units. We often rented or were given bicycles to use. Depending on where you stay, you also have a gorgeous beach to enjoy. We played lots of golf( discounted rates through the Resort), tried many great restaurants, shopped, and went to neighboring towns to shop and enjoy. We got to eat at Paula Dean’s restaurant which was fabulous!
My husband has died and that is why I am selling the timeshare.

Beautiful beach view from condo. Frigate birds soaring by. Many very good restaurants nearby. A few very overpriced, like the one at the hotel. So watch out. Maya ruins to the south and Chechen Itza to the west. Great snorkeling and diving on the Mesoamerican Coral Reef, 2nd largest in the world. Carnival atmosphere on Isla Mujeres just off shore. City of Cancun (Mayan for nest of snakes) is difficult to navigate, so get a city map. Condo is in Zona Hotelera, and has one main road, but keep within the speed limit or you will be pulled over. Usually just a warning. That limit changes frequently and is in kilometers.

Beautiful, spacious and immaculately clean with lovely tiled floors, big soaking jacuzzi tub, comfy furniture, fully stocked with all the appliances in the kitchen, including washer and dryer! The second “bedroom” has its own kitchenette and Livingroom! This place is perfect for families or couples wanting to be close to Disney World, Universal Orlando, or Sea World! There are grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee shops close by too!

Since 1994 I've owned and enjoyed Massanutten Resort. I am now 81 years old and travelling 900 miles is beyond my capabilities. I've also lost my travel companion and my physical condition means I'll be unable to use the many opportunities provided by the resort.
I'm selling my two (2) Regal Vista timeshares at a bargain price (enough to cover the maintenance fees).

We've purchased our first unit when they were first available. We purchased two additional units at the close out and later sold two units and kept unit 207 Intervale 1. We own a townhouse two miles from the Grand Summit. We always enjoyed using the pool, sauna, hot tubs and gym. For many years we traded about five weeks thru RCI and placed the remaining week in the rental pool which offset part of the fees. Rental income dropped during covid but is coming back. Having a home in the in the area we enjoyed skiing, highking the mountain trail, biking, golfing, kayaking and canoeing on the Saco river. Many attraction in the area for our grand children such as Storyland. We are now retired in Florida and at 90 have reduced our travel.

You know when you fall in love you get that feeling "We've been here before, this is a part of us!" That how it felt. The accommodations were so comfortable, but even more, it was nestled in the forest, windows all open to the woods and you were HOME! A short walk to the village where tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner are warm Inns that are just waiting for you. We enjoyed an evening of Karaoke with many of the locals. It was all fantastic. Hiking is available just about where ever you want. We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to our return.
