This timeshare was just purchased in August 2013. I bought it when I was on vacation in panama city beach Florida. I am no longer able to travel so this timeshare is no longer useful to me. This timeshare can be willed to another so it is a forever timeshare. It's not limited to a predetermined time of year or location.

This timeshare is also associated with RCI. This timeshare can be used worldwide and I have the catalogs I can mail so you can see all available locations and point values. Catalogs are from 2013. The deed to this timeshare is free and clear. The annual points rollover for two years with Wyndham and three years with RCI.
Just reduced $1000 get ready for the warm season. Reasonable offers are encouraged.
