Use year from Jan 1 to Dec 31. There are hundreds of resorts across the United States so whether you enjoy skiing or site-seeing or sunbathing there is a Wyndham resort for you. This is not a week long style timeshare. The points are good at all the resorts and can be used for weekends and multiple trips in the same year. They can also be converted to RCI points, which is an international timeshare, so even if you want to travel oversees you can do so with these points. When converted to RCI the points are good for an additional 2 years so even if you cannot use the points one year they are not lost.
