Oceanfront New Building
We own week 41 for 3 Units These units are interconnected and are listed as Units A, Unit B, and Unit C. The units can be used separately as three individual timeshares or combined as one large timeshare that allows the user to have the entire front of the building. The combined unit has beds for 8 individuals and sofa beds for an additional 6 more people. Westgate refers to these units as Bedroom Grand, Bedroom Standard and Bedroom lock off.
This is NOT a point-based system
WE have a specific week number 41, and the three unit’s numbers are 2000-75A, grand, 2000-85B. Standard and 2000-45c, lock off. This is a floating week; we can use any other week by paying a transfer fee (currently $150). We CAN NOT USED the summer holiday weeks of 14-15(Easter), 19 (Memorial Day). And 26 (July 4th)
2000-75A, 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths
2000-85B, 1 Bedroom and 1Bath
2000-45c, 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath
FYI 2000 is the internal Westgate building number. The Building is a 10 to 12 Store new building. Also, Building 1000 is a 1950’s converted 2 story Holiday Inn.
