Tobago Timeshare Resale

If your idea of the perfect Caribbean vacation involves beautiful beaches, plenty of natural attractions and a low-key vibe, you should timeshare Tobago. As the quieter sister island to Trinidad, Tobago is all about beaches, wildlife preserves, bird sanctuaries and coral reefs with a little history and Caribbean party life thrown into the mix. Check out things to do in Tobago.

Pigeon Point

Tobago features many attractive beaches, but the most popular among many tourists is Pigeon Point, favored for its white sand, aquamarine water, swaying palms and nearby bougainvillea and coconut trees. You'll also find amenities here like sun loungers, snack bars, changing rooms and shops.

Buccoo Reef and Nylon Pool

As you timeshare Tobago, take a boat from Pigeon Point out to Buccoo Reef, a protected marina boasting a spectacular reef that includes 400 coral species. Go snorkeling here to see a vibrant array of fish, turtles and manta rays. If you aren't into snorkeling, ride a glass-bottomed boat out here to experience this underwater marvel.

Wade out for a swim in the Nylon Pool, a huge, coral sandbar and shallow pool that sits in the middle of the ocean between Buccoo Reef and Pigeon Point beach.

Little Tobago Island

On the east end of the island, nature lovers who timeshare Tobago will enjoy this uninhabited island that is home to a bird sanctuary and several hiking trails. Take a glass-bottomed boat from Speyside to this birdwatcher's paradise to see the likes of red-footed boobies and frigate birds. The surrounding blue waters are rich in coral and marine life, making it a good snorkeling spot as well.

Main Ridge Forest Reserve

Located in the center of Tobago is this historic preserve sheltering an astonishing amount of biodiversity. Hike, bike or take a scenic drive through the rainforest to spot wildlife such as hummingbirds, blue-backed manakins, armadillos, butterflies and reptiles. Visit the beautiful Argyle Waterfall, known for its three-tiered cascades that plunge into natural pools. Head up to Flagstaff Hill for dramatic views over the island.

Fort King George and the Tobago Museum

Overlooking Scarborough Bay, this well-preserved fort offers history and great views of the ocean in a tranquil setting of greenery, gardens and towering trees. Check out 15 cannons, several colonial buildings, which include a lighthouse, military hospital and prisoner's dungeon as well as a military cemetery. Visit the on-site museum that displays artifacts, antique maps, old coins and African art.

Nighttime Bioluminescence Tour

One of the best things to do at night in Tobago is a bioluminescence tour. This unforgettable experience involves kayaking or stand-up paddle-boarding from Pigeon Point out to the coastal lagoon and mangroves to watch the water glow blue-green as marine plankton emit light when they are stirred by motion.

Go to Sunday School

If you want to enjoy a lively Caribbean street party, head on down to Buccoo on a Sunday night for live music bands, dancing, rum punch and plenty of food vendors offering local dishes. Even if you're a non-drinker, you will discover this scene is a great place to socialize and soak up the local vibe.

When to Visit

Timeshare Tobago between January and May for the best weather, even though this is the high season. If you prefer to avoid crowds, the low season (June to December) means rain but lower prices.
