When you purchase this memebership contract, the number of points remaining to use until 2066 will enable you to average 2 weeklong trips (week=7nights/8days) each year. You can choose between the resort on the harbor at Cabo San Lucas, or Ixtapa, or Manzanillo. (Or use optional exchange program -Interval to stay at numerous other resort locations) You pay no annual maintenence fees. You just pay the fee for the week at time of booking and have points deducted:
In Prime Season (Oct-Apr) for a Studio you only pay $716/week and 13,500 points deducted One Bedroom would be $864/week and 18,000 points deducted
In High Season (May-Sept) for a Studio you only pay $$477/week and 9,000 points deducted One Bedroom would be $648/week and 9,000 points deducted.
Very flexible program- you can skip travel for a year or two and use it 3-4 weeks in one year.
