WIth a 4.5 star rating on Trip Advisor, Tahiti Village Resort is well-positioned for guests to make the most of their Las Vegas and Nevada vacations. A fifteen minute cab ride from McCarran Airport and with shuttle service to the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas Strip, you couldn't be better positioned to maximise your time in Las Vegas. You are also easily positioned to explore the wider offerings of Nevada, such as Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, and Great Basin Natural Park.
The resort itself is thoughtfully planned with a tropical feel and residences positioned so that the beach and pool are discreetly hidden from the Strip traffic. The resort caters to both the family set and the singles set, making all welcome. With a sand beach, a lazy river, shuttle service to the Mirage, Tropicana and Fremont Street, the resort goes out of their way to make your time with them the easiest.
There is also a spa where I have repeatedly had stellar service (and I'm a spa snob). The rooms are a bit austere but totally worth the experience.
The Bora Bora unit for offer is tastefully furnished and has patio access, as well as a large kitchen and master suite with sunken tub and shower.
There are two restaurants on site: Denny's and 17 Degrees South (gratuitiy is automatically added to your bill), as well as a small convenience store and shuttle service to the local outdoor shopping area. The Outdoor Mall is also within walking distance, provided you make sure you're not out in the summer heat. :)
