I regret having to sell this timeshare. My mother just loves it down in Cancun but at the age of 92
is unable to travel. I don't know how long it will be before I'm able to travel again, just can't keep
banking them until I'm able to. The Royal Resorts incentive to purchase is that at the end of the
timeshare term the resort has to sell and the timeshare owners receive the profits from the sale.
