All You Need for Fun

Walker River Resort has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub that is open during the summer months from May through September, but the General Store and Laundry Room are available for campers year-round. From time to time, the resort hosts special gatherings such as horseshoe tournaments and other popular events. If you've brought the kids, there is a playground on site as well as a rec room for games and if your pets have joined the trip, there is a special play area for dogs at the resort.

The RV campsites at Walker River Resort offer water, power, and optional sewer hookups, and the resort also has storage areas if you want to store your vehicle there long-term. Campfires are permitted above-ground if you want to gather around in the evenings for s'mores and ghost stories. Summer rates vary depending on the number of hookups you need but the winter rates are flat for guests coming out of season.

Even without an RV, you can still appreciate the campground memberships for sale at Walker River Resort. Members receive discounted cottage rentals in the resort's quaint and scenic cottages onsite. The cottages can accommodate up to six people with a queen sized bed, a queen-sized hideaway bed, and two twin beds in the back bedroom. The 720 sq-foot cottages also have a full kitchen complete with appliances like a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and coffee maker so you'll be able to prepare meals easily as at home, and still have your freshly brewed morning coffee. For in-room entertainment, there is an outdoor BBQ and picnic area, a TV, and sweeping views you can enjoy from the outdoor patio furniture while shaded by the overhanging trees.
