Summit Peaks Lodge is a four-lodge property that many feel offers the best large-group vacation value in the Colorado Mountains. The four lodges are all located approximately 70 miles from Denver, just outside of Silverthorne.
The family behind the privately-owned lodge has been in the business of vacation lodging since the early 1990s. Committed to providing spotless accommodations, well-maintained spaces and an authentic “Colorado vacation experience,” the goal of the management at this mountain resort is to ensure that you and your family or friends have amazing holidays, creating treasured, life-long memories.
Four facilities make up the resort at Summit Peaks Lodge, each with its own features and appeal. The South is designed to accommodate up to 24 people. With an open kitchen, ample living and dining space, a hot tub, two washers, two dryers, a charming pot belly stove, and plenty of books, games, a pool table, televisions, and DVD players, you won’t find a better spot for your family reunion or friends getaway.
This building includes six bedrooms in total, five with private bathrooms and one bedroom with a half bath. In addition to the bedrooms, there are common areas with sleeper sofas. The South building is a spacious 4000 square feet of lodge-style living, constructed of Douglas Fir logs.
The North is designed to sleep up to 20 people, with a total of six bedrooms, some with a full bathroom, others with a half bathroom, and a few that share an oversized bathroom. There are also sofas for sleeping and two pullout sofa beds. This spacious 4200 square-foot log lodge sits adjacent to the White River National Forest. A few of the features of the North lodge include a well-appointed kitchen, large dining area, three sitting areas, a washer and dryer, and multiple televisions.
The Riverside West and Riverside East are the largest buildings with the West property accommodating 34 and the East property accommodating 37. Designed in a Bavarian style, both the East and the West lodges have massive kitchen and dining spaces and plenty of rustic appeal. These complexes are frequently the favorite choice for youth groups, church groups, wedding parties, and all types of family get-togethers and reunions.
