Nestled in the Finger Lakes Region of central New York, is Hejamada Campground and RV Park. Here, in the area known as a four-seasons vacation destination, you can enjoy lush woodlands, waterfalls and gorges, and eleven glacial lakes, all linked by rivers leading into Lake Ontario. Hejamada Campground and RV Park is situated approximately twenty minutes from the north end of Cayuga Lake, which connects to Seneca Lake and ultimately, to the Erie Canal.
The campground is located just minutes from casino gambling, golfing, and more than seventy local wineries.
You don’t have to invest in camping gear to enjoy membership at Hejamada RV Park. Rental campers are available at great rates that are even better for campground member/owners. All rental campers are situated in the facility’s full-service area that includes water, electric, and sewer hookups and services. Rentals are available on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, and come well equipped with everything you will need except your food, towels and linens, and your personal items.
With eighty-two acres, Hejamada Campground has plenty to offer for every style of camper, from tent camping to the largest RVs. The facility includes 200 campsites, most of which have 30 AMP electrical hookups and water, a few have 50 AMP hookups, and a limited number have gray water dry wells only. Full hookup sites are located closest to the recreation hall and the swimming pool. Many campsites are oversized to accommodate even the largest RVs and trailers; however, all sites are back- in only. For fans of primitive camping, tent sites are available with no water or electrical service. The property also has a dump station, restrooms and hot showers, a self-service laundry, picnic tables, and fire rings.
On-site amenities include a camp store with ice, firewood, and propane sales, a snack bar, a bar with liquor license, a game room and activity area, a fitness room (additional fees apply), a playground, swimming pool, sports courts, catch and release fishing, frisbee golf, bike rentals, and a busy activity program.
Pets are permitted at all sites, but they must be kept on a leash.
