The memberships for sale at Fort Clark Springs come in two categories: a Residential Membership Package or a Family Recreational Membership. The residential memberships are best for people wanting a permanent residence at one of the building lots or historic homes. With a Family Recreational Membership, there is no need to have a permanent residence on the premises, allowing for fun at the campground.

Both kinds of members can take part in all the community amenities while vacationing at FCS. Members can bring in guests at a discounted rate, save on motel and RV rates, golf for free at the Par 3 Golf course, and receive discounted tickets at the 18-hole golf course.

Historic Motel Accommodations

The motel arose out of the historic army barracks and now offers guests a rustic Texan charm within an easy walking distance of the Fort Clark Springs amenities and historical buildings. All rooms come with two queen-sized beds, wireless internet, cable TV, and a private bath.

At the RV park, there are 85 full hookup sites with optional WiFi, plus laundry, bathrooms, and a Dayroom with a TV, library, and telephone. You can also go camping at one of the campsites beneath massive oak and pecan trees, with picnic tables and BBQ pits included.
