All the townhouse-style timeshares have three full bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, an in-unit washer and dryer, and central air conditioning. Other upgrades include ceramic tile flooring, wooden blinds, spacious 9-foot ceilings, and granite countertops and wood cabinetry in the kitchens.
