    Review:
I have been the owner since 2006. My first trip there was in 2004 and have been going every year since, vacationing for two weeks a year at Woodbourne. The staff know you by name and are personable and accommodating. There is washer and dryer, all linens, kitchen utensils, cable tv, dvr.
There are many uninhabited beaches to travel to every day. Gold Rock, Smiths Beach, Church Hill, Dead Man's Reef (favorite snorkeling, deck, eats, drinks and more!). Pelican Point on the East End is the favorite of all. Build your own fire, cook out and enjoy the beach. Just a few of many. Explore on your own.
Some locals have their own fresh food stands making fresh conk salad, fried plantains and drinks. Dining at Lucaya has many good restaurants. Unexo is known for their swim with the dolphin tours. Their outside restaurant serves luscious breakfasts and lunches. Luciano's Italian, Gava are located in the Square. Casino also in Lucaya. Pier One is located by cruise and ship docks. Enjoy the sunset and feed the sharks summoned by the dinner bell. The natives are extremely polite and friendly. I hope I have peaked your interest in purchasing. You will enjoy if you like to relax from the daily grind and plan the day your way! Meet other guests and enjoy conk fritters and drinks on your arrival.
