Tanco Resorts: One Smart Decision

Membership in Tanco’s vacation club has options to help couples and families find the selection that is the best fit for their vacation needs and style. You can choose Duta Vista Vacation Ownership or membership in the Vacation Super club.

Vacation ownership allows the Duta Vista member/owner to enjoy interval ownership equal to seven nights per calendar year. This interval ownership is secured by a 1/51 ownership interest in an apartment at the Duta Vista Resort in Kuala Lumpur. Ownership is perpetual and Duta Vista intervals can be exchanged or deposited for future use through Resort Condominiums International (RCI) timeshare exchange.

In contrast to the vacation ownership option, the Vacation Super Club provides its members with access to a pool of eight resorts, five of which are in Malaysia. With your Super Club membership comes the right to use these holiday accommodations contingent upon the number of vacation points you have purchased.

When you rent timeshare on the secondary market, you may be renting a vacation owner’s holiday interval or you may be renting the use of a club member’s points that have already been assigned for use at a specified resort. Likewise, when you buy a timeshare resale, you may be purchasing either deeded interval ownership or right-to-use vacation club points.
