When you stand on the first tee from the back tee position, you'll know you're in for a battle. The starting hole measures a solid 456 yards and typically the wind works from left to right. If you try to hit a draw into that left to right breeze and overwork it, you'll be out of bounds and teeing up again. There's nothing worse that going out of bounds on the first hole. nothing.
This is not your ordinary everyday "pitch and putt" course. This course's motto is, "You Gotta Have Balls to Play at Jo Daddy's." Its signature hole is the #7, a 161-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot from an island, to an island green. There is water all over this course.
