Visitors looking for Orlando timeshare options will soon have another world-class resort to choose from, as Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville resort brand is building a new mixed-use development named Margarita Village in western Osceola County.
Currently under construction near the intersection of Highway 192 and State Rd 429, those familiar with this vacation-heavy section of greater Orlando know that Margarita Village will be close to Disney’s Animal Kingdom as well as Orlando timeshare mainstays Orange Lake Resort, Mystic Dunes and Summer Bay, among others.
Margarita Village Resort will be a 300-acre combination of timeshares, hotel space and vacation homes, including retail space and a water park. Sold under the Margaritaville brand that has been so successful for Jimmy Buffett’s hospitality endeavors, the resort will include such highlights as a spa, arcade, paddleboarding and kayaking. Two new elements not seen in timeshare complexes will be a fishing school and a planetarium.
And, of course, visitors will be able to consume quantities of their favorite beverage at Margaritaville.
This is a developing story so please stay in touch with us at BuyaTimeshare.com for updates as they become available.
