Selling our 23 year membership to the Occidental Vacation Club. This club offers many different locations as you can see from the pictures and most of them are All-Inclusive. This membership is for First Club which gives you the best room in the resort plus the ability to go to fine dining every night, and includes many other perks includng discounts on many excursions. Maintenance fees are less than $400 per year. (Maintenance fees have already been paid this year 2019). Additional rooms, that are not First Club rooms, can be purchased by paying additional maintenance fee(s), so you can invite your friends and family to vacation with you.
