Notification of all offers from buyers or renters (if applicable) will be sent directly to the email we have on file for you; they are also available via text. You can access the text option through your online account by clicking the tab “Offers on my property” and following the directions. If you need assistance to set this up, please contact Customer Service and we will assist you.
The activity on your ad can also be monitored through your online account. If you are not attracting offers at this point, we do suggest slight price adjustments. Making a slight price adjustment approximately every 4-6 weeks will ensure that your advertisement is in the best possible spot to attract a consumer looking for your timeshare.
We are continuing to advertise and market your property and are confident that we can find your buyer or renter. If you have any questions, please let us know.
