About Ocean Beach Resort
Our oceanfront 2-bedroom lock-out condo offered excellent views of the Atlantic with fabulous sunrises and sunsets. The Ocean Beach Club complex was well located on Atlantic Avenue, employees were extremely friendly and helpful, and amenities like indoor and outdoor heated pools were welcoming, even with the December weather. Amenities like trash chutes, guest laundry, soda and ice machines, and elevators were all very convenient to our unit.
Our 2 bedroom unit on the 9th floor was well maintained, clean, and perfect for your stay in the area. The bedrooms are very comfortable and dresser and closet space was very adequate. Two HVAC units in the condo allowed for temperature control in each living area. The bathroom, kitchen, dining areas, and living room areas offered plenty of space for their purposes. There are 3+ Flat Screen TVs in the unit. There is a nice sized safe in the bedroom closet, not like the smaller ones in some hotels.

The Ocean Beach Club is the shining star of the high-end move northward along the Virginia Beach oceanfront. Newly built and already changing the face of the Virginia Beach oceanfront, the Ocean Beach Club towers above the Atlantic Ocean. This gorgeous Key West inspired resort offers spectacular city and beach views, cascading waterfalls, oceanfront pools with a separate children's pool, a tiki bar and fitness center, all set amid lush landscaping and view of the ocean in this quiet, upscale end of the resort area.
3 seaside pools along with a poolside cafe and bar, this resort located on the boardwalk provide a flat-screen cable TV in each accommodation. Virginia Beach Amusement Park is 1.4 miles away.
The contemporary designed studios and suites at the Ocean Beach Club Resort feature a private balcony and a dining area. A kitchenette or full kitchen is included in all accommodations.
The state-of-the-art gym offers floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the North Atlantic Ocean. Oceanfront yoga is available at the Beach Club Resort Ocean and guests can find entertainment in the game room.
On-site dining includes Tortuga Cafe and the Tiki Bar. Guests can enjoy a sandwich from the cafe or a house cocktail from the bar while relaxing at the pool.
Virginia Zoological Park is 20.4 miles from the resort. Norfolk Botanical Garden is a 25 minute drive away.
Several restaurants and adequate parking was available close to the complex. Unfortunately parking was at an added charge. I expect parking here is at a premium during high season. Grocery stores were within a few blocks.
