Many customers ask questions about our advertising process and so we’ve compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions that come to our customer service department. How do I find my ad on the site?

Locating your advertisement on the website has never been easier. By logging into your online account you can view all of your advertisements. Or, view your advertisement by visiting and enter your AD number into the search field near the top of the website.

Have I received an offer or any interest on the property?

When an offer is made on your timeshare, you will be contacted via email and will need to respond through your online account. It will then be up to you to accept the offer, refuse the offer, or counter the buyer’s offer. This is why it is imperative that you maintain a current email address with us.

How do I log into my account? It says "account not found".

If you have entered your email address and password and are unable to log into your account, you may not have created a free account in our system. To sign up for a free account, just click on the My Timeshare Pulse tab at the upper right corner of the homepage, then click onto the Create An Account tab and fill in the form with your contact information. If you have already created an account and cannot access your information, please contact our customer service specialists at 800-882-0296.

I received an offer on my ad, what do I do?

If you have received an offer on your advertisement, you will need to access your account in order to respond to the offer - either accepting, declining or countering that offer. If you accept the offer, you will need to create the Purchase and Sales agreement and agree to the sale in writing, then begin the closing process. If you need assistance with this, you can contact our affiliated licensed brokerage at to handle the process for you.

Who pays for closing and how much is it?

The buyers normally would handle the closing cost of the sale. The cost of closing will vary greatly depending on the resort and the type of timeshare involved. At, we work closely with, a licensed timeshare broker that specializes in helping buyers and sellers finalize their timeshare transactions. Timeshare closing costs will typically range between $500 and $800, depending on whether you take out title insurance.

How do I reduce the price on the timeshare?

By logging into your online account, you can manage your advertisement(s) quickly and easily. Once logged in, just click on the Advertisements tab, then the Action button for the ad you wish to edit. By clicking on the Action button, you will be able to change any information in your ad.

How can I add pictures to my ad?

Posting pictures to your advertisement is a great way to introduce a buyer or renter to your property. Due to copyright laws, cannot allow its customers to directly post potentially unauthorized material. So, if you have taken pictures yourself or own copyright-free pictures that you would like included in your ad, just email the pictures to along with your ad number.

What's the average time it takes to sell a timeshare?

As is not a real estate broker, we are bound by specific laws that prohibit our company from pricing a timeshare property as well as stating a time at which a timeshare will sell or rent. However, the lower the asking price, the higher your chances are of receiving an offer.

Where can I find other sold timeshares on your site?

In addition to the most recently sold timeshares shown on our homepage, by clicking on the Timeshares Sold link you can view up-to-date information about timeshares sold and offers made to buy and rent timeshares.

How can I increase the activity on my ad?
