Administrative Office Support
Responsible for all secretarial and receptionist duties, office and administrative support staff works to ensure timely and efficient operation of the company. At the heart of BuyATimeshare.com, they serve as the primary liaisons between the office and the general public. They work with customer account information and update files as needed and direct patrons to the appropriate sales professional. Administrative office support is responsible for composing corresponding mail to prospective clients and receives mail sent in by the public. Working as customer service, Administrative Office Support will track the progress of sales, and working as contract administrators.
