Very comfortably spacious 2 bedroom with each having their own full en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom is luxuriously large with a huge full bath including both a separate tub nd shower, plus plenty where there are 125 golf course of counter space. The second bedroom can be locked off from the main unit and rented comparable to a spacious hotel room with its own sofa and adjoining bathroom. Every room has its own TV making the unit seem like a luxuriously large condo located in the center of the Coachella Valley. In addition to Shadow ridge having its own multiple pools, restaurant and bar, plus an 18 hole golf course there are 125 golf courses in the valley making it a world class golfer's paradise. It is just minutes from El Paseo Drive, the Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills an elegant shopper's dream with many upscale boutiqes and eateries of every imaginable cuisine from family dining to elegant white table cloth restaurants. El Paseo is a perfect place to stroll and spend hours sightseeing and exercising along the elegant boulevard. Palm Desert now has its own new sports arena, plus a water slide for the kids and only 15 minutes away from downtown Palm Springs. I have enjoyed Shadow Ridge for 15 years having lived in the SF Bay Area but then I moved to the desert because of my love of this area and no longer spend time there but I do exchange it for many other wonderful resorts or upscale hotels throughout the world through Interval International.
