Capital Vacations has a large selection of areas to visit. I have platinum points and they can be used at any properties held by Capital Vacations. Most are deeded points which means you have the right to use anytime you request. I own a Royal Suite (3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms on the top floor. I have two 3 bedroom Penthouses,on the top floor, each unit is separate and has its own entrance as well as connects to other rooms. They are full units with washer and dryer and full kitchens. and many other 1-2 bedroom accommodations at Grand Crowne Premiere Resort in Branson, MO. We have used these every year for 20 years but due to health issues, we are unable to use as we would like. Renting out these properties is also possible. There are many ways to use the points for other travel worldwide as well as travel and cruises. I am very flexible and willing to consider all offers.
I also own a 2 bedroom Lock off Marriott at Willow Ridge Marriott in Branson as well. I will only sell as combined and will NOT split the purchases.
