Practically giving away this property at $2,700 which is the same as what Wyndham is selling for $22k.  The resort is brand new and provides free transportation to Disney, only ten minutes away. 154,000 POINTS ANNUALLY which renew each July 1st, and can be exchanged through RCI to use at Thousands of resorts worldwide.  For just an extra $100, I am willing to include a second property at Club Sevilla see add below!
