Silverleaf Seaside Resort Red Plus membership
For sale July 4th week each year at Silverleaf Seaside Resort which is located in Galveston, Texas. Rooms have ocean views and are a short distance from the beach. The resort is a perfect setting for beach activities and relaxation that is just across the street with 635 feet of Gulf of Mexico beachfront property. The condo is called a Lodge Unit. It is a fully furnished timeshare condo and consists of 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms (one has jetted tub), fully stocked kitchen, microwave, dishwasher,oven/stove, refrigerator, living area (w/pull out sofa bed), and balcony. Both bedrooms, as well as the living area, have television.
I have the deed in my name and possession. Timeshare is paid off and all the dues are current.
PLUS membership allows you to split your week into smaller time increments if needed.
Red membership allows access all year if you move your week

Your week can be banked for use at another time if you are busy that week

RESORT DESCRIPTION:
Resort is located directly across the street from the beach. Amenities include: free wi-fi, movie nights, snacks, tennis court, mini-golf, volleyball and basketball court (you can borrow their sports equipment). There is also an unheated outdoor pool (which is also closed during cold season), wood structure playground, huge grass area, picnic area, and BBQ grills.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Excellent location close to Houston's ship terminal. The resort is also near Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Water Park, The Strand Historic District, Galveston Municipal Golf Course, Galveston Island State Park, Pleasure Pier, and the outdoor amphitheater.
