If you are an existing Shell Vacations owner and need a few more points to make that trip to Kona or Kaui, this is the ideal opportunity! You can add to your collection of points for a bargain price. I have been to just about every SVC resort and can say without hesitation that they have some of the most beautiful and well-managed resorts in the timeshare industry. They have superb properties in Hawaii, 3 wonderful resorts in San Francisco, a flagship property in Napa and three amazing Canadian resorts. While Vino Bello in Napa is beautiful, my personal favorite is the Inn At the Opera in San Francisco. It has a tres European flair and reminds me of Paris ... to include a small, cozy elevator. The San Francisco Opera is just down the street.
The Arizona resorts are the Legacy in Phoenix and Orange Tree Golf Resort in Scottsdale. Both of these properties are located on sprawling award-winning championship golf courses with beautiful interiors. I purchased at this SVC Club because it had the lowest annual maintenance fees of $593. Even if you don't play golf, this is a wonderful place to visit and own. The units are quite elegant while also being very comfortable with recreational amenities that are normally found in a 5-star hotel.
The Legacy features 164 two-bedroom lock-off units, housed in 12 separate buildings that were designed in a traditional Spanish missionary style. One bedroom units sleep four and the two-bedrooms sleep eight guests. Orange Tree has 158 one-bedroom units (sleeping four) in four-plex buildings designed in a traditional Southwestern style.
