This unit is the larger of the two types. OVI is within an estimated 50 yards of the entrance to Squaw Valley Ski Resort ~ "in the thick of things." This area is good for vacations in any season. Excellent hiking trails. Owned approximately 25 years. View of Lake Tahoe at the top of ski area and a short drive to North Shore Lake Tahoe.
