This was our first time staying at the Grandview. We had a one bedroom unit. Room had all the ammenities we could need for our week long stay!! Room was very clean. For the most part room was quiet. We could hear the people next door only when we were in the living room. Beds were cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was large with a nice size shower. The bedroom closet also had a good size safe. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall, we were happy with our stay and will most likely stay here again. The South Point casino was located across the street. A very easy walk to restaurants, movie theater, and even a bowling alley. OWNER SAYS SELL !! REDUCED $$$$$
