this timeshare was purchased because my Mom loved it down in Cancun. She is unable to travel
now at the age of 92, I can't go without her. The incentive for me to purchase was that at the end
of the purchase term the resort will sell and all profit gets split among the timeshare owners, giving
them their investment back. I truly regret having to sell. this is a 2 bedroom 1 bath full kitchen, sleeps
5, first floor by the pool and outside restaurant and not far from the beach.
