The points can also be used for occassional hotel stays any where they are available and you dont have to use the whole week at once and can opt for a 1 bed hotel room through Wyndam and RCI world wide, just book in advance for availabilty. Points can also be use towards purchasing cruise tickets. The reason we are selling is our schedules are always conflicted and we have not taken advantage of this great time share as much as we would love to. You will not regret buying paradise for such a great price and the listing price is up for discussion.
