This unit's deed is free and clear. Feel free to make an offer, this unit is a lot cheaper than most units on here and is a great deal if you travel a lot or just stay at one place. I have used this timeshare since 1998 and very happy. I have been many different places all over the United States and very happy with the exchange procedure, very easy. The reason for selling is just getting older and do not travel so much anymor. This is a great unit and I think someone that loves to travel will really value this timeshare and have some very nice vacations.
