Very nice resort right in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with lots of great shows,and family friendly activities. Right in the middle of the Smokey Mountains with breath taking views. This unit is a brand new unit which includes 3 bedrooms first bedroom has a king bed with a hot tub and private bathroom along with its own living room with fireplace, sofa/love and a dining table for 6 and a full kitchen and a extra half bath and a balcony with beautiful views.The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a hot tub and it’s own private bathroom along with it’s own living room with a fireplace,sofa/love and a dining table for 6 and a full kitchen with an extra half bath and a balcony with spectacular views.And last but not least the 3rd bedroom has a king bed with its own private bathroom with its own living room with fireplace,sofa/love and a dining table for 4 and a half kitchen and a balcony. This resort also has its own water park for the kids which is spectacular!!So you can use all 3 bedrooms at once or you can split them up and use just 1 side one year and the other side the next year but you only pay the maintenance fee of $927 on the odd years!!
