Since the week is floating, instead of using the assigned week at Vacation Village at Parkway, the week can be used to stay at another RCI Resort or Hotel.
RCI membership is required to use the point and week system.
Rental option:
Renter can pick any location and any time of travel as long as it is within 45 days.
Tax will be charged by the resort upon the stay. The tax rate has nothing to do with the rent or owner.
Rental price negotiable contingent upon which destination and when renter wants to go. The rates of different locations and facilities vary, as such the rental price may vary.
Length of time of rental can be negotiated, but up to 3 weeks.
The facility is a timeshare or hotel through RCI.
The estimate rental listing price is for 1 week.
Owner would make reservation when potential renter informs owner of where they would like to go, which can be anywhere in the world, as long as it is an RCI facility. The reservation would be made with RCI and would depend on RCI's availability.
