This is a Deeded Floating Week Ownership. With its purchase you will have the annual guaranteed entitlement to reserve a standard 1-BR Plantation Villa (470 sq ft) for one week AND a premium 1-BR Plantation Villa (865 sq ft) for one week ANY two times of the year. Alternatively, you can reserve a 2-BR Plantation Lock-Out Villa (1,335 sq ft) for one week any time of the year. The Lock-Out configuration is composed of adjoining units - one standard and one premium villa with a lockable interior door between the two.
