Greens Superintendent Gary Joseph has done an outstanding job of providing quality playing conditions. As a golfer travels back into the woods he will encounter a mix of dog legs and straight holes that are well bunkered. Five lakes bring water into play on 10 of the 18 holes. At almost 6400 yards the course may be short by some standards, however, the layout of the course forces golfers to use all the clubs in their bag. Accuracy off the tee is a premium for a golfer to shoot a low score at Dragon Ranch.
