The Sky Pool is a must see. Many restaurants are in the lobby building and at the ocean level. Timeshare units include studios, one and two bedroom suites plus a few larger units. A short shuttle ride to the adjacent Montecristo Estates, featuring. Incredible facilities with 3 large bedroom suites in each unit. Complete kitchens, barbecue grille, a private infinity pool right out the door, overlooking the ocean, and perched high on the hillside. Large pool, bar and restaurant is part of the Montecristo facilities. PBSB has recently completed two championship golf courses along the beach adjacent to the timeshares property. My membership has 550 points, plus 65+ seniors can move points from out years, so 1100 points can be available in a single year. Studios require 100 or 150 points, a one bedroom 250 points (my guesses), two bedrooms 400 points (guess) and the Montecristo 600 points, each per week My timeshare has some 70 weeks included, extending out to 2042. Enough for the younger generation. Or buy more points and have multiple families all on the same timeshare contract. All of my comments are from my memory, and require verification. Endless possibilities? Worthy of your serious consideration. Would not be selling if circumstances were different.
