This unit sleeps two in the bedroom and four in the living room. The Murphy bed and pull out couch is located in the living room area. The beds including the one in the bedroom are spacious and comfortable. Sleeps a total of 6 people, which creates a higher trading power than a standard 1 bedroom unit. The patio has a beautiful ocean front view. Save money for vacation entertainment by cooking in the kitchen rather than eating out. The unit is in ideal condition, the resort has a kind staff and great amenities. The convenient location provides a quick walk to the beach front, which eliminates the hassle of parking and taxis. The resort is also walking distance from local stores, bars and restaurants for those who do not want to cook or travel too far. The unit was paid in full and maintenance fees are paid up to date. The reason for the sale is that we relocated to the west coast and do not make it out to Florida as often as desired to utilize this valuable property. We hope another family can enjoy it for us!
