Buy Four Sails Week 18 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Annual Usage Four Sails is a wonderful place to stay. Your needs and questions are taken care of by a very friendly staff. The unit is always very clean and they provide clean towels, sheets, and service as requested for your convenience. There is a restaurant downstairs, and the food is really good. Bring your beach towels or beach blanket. If you don't want to be in the direct sun all day, right there one the beach, I usually rent a big beach umbrella. They put it up for you, and take it down by 5:00 PM or when you leave. The price was $15, but it could have changed. This unit faces the ocean, and is just steps to the boardwalk and beach, and the sand is very clean. When you go out of the downstairs door to the beach, you can also turn and see the streets and shops. There is plenty going on in the evening hours, and much to see. This particular time of the year, further up on the boardwalk there is usually kite flying going on. You can also find concerts in a park like setting, just up the boardwalk, or on the street side. If you have your own vehicle, you are just minutes away from a variety of restaurants, and even outside concerts in a park like setting within walking distance on the boardwalk side or street side. And for fun, you can rent a bicycle, or bicycle peddled carriage for a small group. The bicycle and skateboard path is separated from the walking area, so you don't have to worry about dodging them. When you enter the unit, you can find a bedroom on one side, a full bathroom, then the kitchen/ living is area on the opposite side. Both the bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors and a balcony that goes the full length between both. There are chairs on the balcony, and you can request more if you need to. They provide bed linen and room cleaning when requested, or refuse it if you don't need it. Although small,The kitchen side is open, with a bar/counter area that defines the space between the living room area. They provide dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans and potholders. The living room area has a television, books to read, maybe even a puzzle or game on the shelves. The couch opens to a bed, but I even slept on it without opening it. It was comfortable. I enjoyed leaving the doors open to hear the waves and sounds that accompany being on the beach. Very enjoyable time of the year.
