We are proud to offer a 25-week timeshare with access to all Palace Premier Resorts throughout Mexico and also a location in Jamaica. There are no limitations on when you can use the 25 weeks (can use multiple weeks in a year, depending on room availability) but the timeshare expires in March 2029. Each stay includes a Superior Deluxe room, with a Jacuzzi, and either 1 King or 2 double beds. Your ownership includes an all-inclusive stay to include theme parties, food, domestic drinks, tips, two tours per person, one massage/one manicure/one pedicure per person, non-motorized water sports, and round-trip transportation from the airport to the resort for each one-week stay. There are no annual maintenance fees and the rates per stay vary depending on which resort and what time of year.
