Disney's Sarasota Springs Resort & Spa was the 7th DISNEY VACATION CLUB timeshare resort to open. Inspired by the city of Saratoga Springs, New York this 65 acre timeshare resort welcomed its first members on May 17, 2004. Designed by Graham Gund Architects of Cambridge MA, this Victorian themed timeshare resort brings you back to the 1880's of upstate New York. This gorgeous timeshare resort was built in 3 phases from 2004 through 2007, and now boasts over 1200 rooms for timeshare members to enjoy. The first phase of Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa is called Congress Park. Congress Park debut to Disney Vacation Club members in May of 2004 with 184 Vacation Home Units. Phase two of Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa opened in the Spring of 2005. Phase two was made in two sections; The Springs and The Paddocks, together these Villas make up 378 Vacation Homes. The final stage opened in 2007 also in two sections; The Carousel and The Grandstand. Collectively these Vacation Homes make up a total of 828 units.

When not taking in the beautiful Victorian Architecture or neighboring natural hot springs in the area, timeshare members can enjoy a myriad of amenities the resort has to offer. Fun for family members of all ages is available throughout Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. The athlete in you can take advantage of the nearby 18 hole championship golf course, as well as the real clay tennis courts. Guests can also enjoy games basketball, shuffleboard, or even a nice bicycle ride around the timeshare resort. If you have children, Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has also catered to them. When your child is not having a blast at the Children's Playground, they can go for the high score at the Win, Place, or Show Arcade playing their favorite game. If your looking to cool off, take a swim in the High Rock Spring Pool. If your not near the resorts main pool, enjoy a dip in the three other pools Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has to offer. If your looking for a full workout, or just some relaxing spa treatments, head on over to the Spa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, Disney's largest spa at all of their timeshare resorts. Take advantage of their fitness center, or the large array of spa treatments that are offered. After a long day of enjoying all the timeshare resort has to offer, sit back and watch a DVD which are available from Artist's Palette and free of charge to all Disney Vacation Club timeshare members.

Hungry? Take advantage of the many on-site eateries throughout the resort. If you arent in the mood for any of the resturants on the resort, enjoy a quick boatride across the lake to Downtown Disney. Not only are there many dining options available, members can enjoy many shopping and entertainment options as well. Not in the mood to shop, take a scenic walk along the lake on the walking paths that leads to Downtown Disney West Side.

This preview center is the official open house and sales center for Disney Vacation Club.
