With a garden-like setting on land that was previously a golf course, Wyndham Patriot’s Place offers a serene setting, roughly a mile away from historic Williamsburg, Virginia.

Shaded by mature pines and lush landscaping and featuring condominium-style, residential architecture, to buy Wyndham Patriot’s Place timeshare feels like you own a true vacation home, except without the cost or responsibilities inherent in owning a private residence. And although you will find the timeshares at Wyndham Patriot’s Place an ideal setting for relaxing and downtime, picnics, barbeques, long walks, and feeding the ducks, they are also a perfect place for vacationing with even your most active family and friends.

On site, you’ll find both a pool and a children’s pool, sand volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, a unique and creative playground area and regularly scheduled activity programs for children. Nearby to Wyndham Patriot’s Place are all the thrills and squeals of Busch Gardens amusement park and Water Country USA. Within a short drive, you’ll find golf, miniature golf, restaurants, shopping, massage services, and health clubs. A marina offers boating and fishing, and water skiing and jet skiing are also available at a nearby lake.

You Can Make History or Explore It When You Buy Wyndham Patriot’s Place Timeshare

When you vacation at Wyndham Patriot’s Place timeshare resort, you and your family are conveniently near the historic site of America’s first permanent English settlement at Jamestown. A museum complex lets you walk through life as it was for the early settlers and for the Native American Powhatan Indians who inhabited the area.

Although your children may think they know Captain John Smith and Pocahontas from the animated movie, time spent in the authenticity of the National Park Service’s Jamestown Colonial National Historical Park will help them experience and understand history in a whole new way.

    Review:
A magnificent estate that captures the flavor and architecture of America's historic era. Exceptionally well-manicured grounds, buildings and interiors, like the one we are selling, that are inviting, comfortable, relaxing--and very spacious. Our unit is a lock-off, which means the entire package really has two units, all for the price of one! If you seek all the comforts as well as the ideal center location in Williamsburg, this is the one resort that offers everything!! And the staff is highly experienced and highly accommodating.

What I liked about the Resort:
The friendliness of the staff and the privacy of the unit...the units are townhouses with an upper unit and lower unit in each building. Te grounds are well maintained and the units themselves are upgraded to attract visitors returning.

What are the best attractions and/or restaurants:
Some of the best attractions for the history buff are...Colonial Williamsburg, the Jamestown Restoration and Yorktown...the site of the surrender of the British to the Americans at the end of the American Revolution. For the genealogy buff there is a small library, the Rockefeller Library and the staff there is very helpful and knowledgeable. There are many restaurants and lots of shopping, and not far up Route 60 are several small outlet shoppes...one of my favourites is the Basket Shop.

Overall, this is a wonderful place to visit and also a great place to relax and soak up the history of days gone by. We have been there many times and in various months of the year. One of my favourite times of the year is the Holiday season with all the decorations and these decorations are made from things that would have been found in the area at that time...ie...fruits and vegetables on wreathes, etc.
