Rhinefield Apartments is run by the Rhinefield Owners Club operated by a committee of five, three owners and two members from the management company. An Annual General Meeting is held each June/July and a constitution sets out the rules of the Club. Owners are kept up-to-date via a newsletter, which is circulated three times a year. Rhinefield House apartments are affiliated to Interval International, an exchange company. Members can also use Dial-an-Exchange on a private basis. These organisations facilitate exchanges to other resorts all over the world. Weeks in Rhinefield apartments are also available to let or to purchase through a resales programme
