R-Ranch is a family-oriented, year round resort and horse ranch community surrounded by the beautiful hills of Napa Valley, California. This recreational/ranch style association, an undivided interest, has a maximum of 1,800 owners and is the responsibility of a five member Board of Directors and is controlled by a non-profit owners' association, the R-Ranch Owners Association (R.O.A). Since it is an undivided interest, the owners own all of the facilities and are not limited to how often they can come to the Ranch. There is 24 hour a day security and only owners showing an R-Ranch photo ID are allowed on the Ranch. Owners may bring guests with them for a small fee. R-Ranch is not a time-share, but a unique resort community, located just 17 miles from the heart of the city of Napa, California, with its many wineries and is an easy hour drive from San Francisco's Bay Area.
