Right on the lakeside and in close proximity to the Murray River, the resort offers fishing, boating and river cruises and with the area's low rainfall, plenty of sunshine and natural bush setting is the ideal place to relax and get away from it all. Other attractions include the wineries of Rutherglen, historic gold mines and museums, art and pottery galleries. The snow fields are within two hours drive. Numurkah Golf and Bowls Club offer free golf to in house guests as well as having poker machines and restaurant.
