Feel free to "conch out" at this unique Key West resort. Located on the island at the southernmost point of the continental United States, the Coconut Mallory Marina and Resort is a delightful mix of Key West charm and family activities.

The typically laid-back Key West lifestyle can be seen throughout the Coconut Mallory Marina and Resort, whether it’s the beautiful natural surroundings, the marina, two swimming pools or the Jacuzzi. The close proximity to all of the best shops, restaurants and local watering holes makes this a fantastic location to either explore the man-made attractions or perhaps launch into a kayaking expedition along the mangroves which are prevalent throughout the area.

Coconut Mallory is The Way To Go

Visitors considering purchasing a timeshare at the Coconut Mallory Marina & Resort can choose from studio, one and two bedroom units, with all the comfort of a condo lifestyle without the high cost.

The one and two bedroom units feature full kitchens for you to prepare you own meals if you choose – and save on the costs of dining out for every meal – while even the studio units offer kitchenettes. The expanded living areas means you’ll have plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the surroundings instead of feeling like you’re cramped up in a hotel room for your entire vacation. Plus, the WiFi in the public areas is free.

Each unit has a private balcony or patio where you can soak in the atmosphere of the Keys. Or enjoy the barbeque area where the family can throw some steaks on the grill while the kids have a blast in the playground. And the Marina even has boat slips for rent if you are inclined to bring your own watercraft.

Fascinating Florida Keys History

The Florida Keys were first seen by Europeans in 1513 under the captainship of Ponce de Leon, but were primarily a haven for pirates until the U.S. Navy eventually drove them out following the establishment of a naval presence here in 1822. That naval presence can still be seen in the area at the Naval Air Station Key West, a naval air station and military airport located on Boca Chica Key, four miles east of the central business district of Key West.

Now, the island is known more for the beach, Jimmy Buffett, Ernest Hemmingway and the eclectic collection of locals and local artistry that make Key West one of the most intriguing destinations in the country.

What To Do In Key West

Take in the Key West Shipwreck museum to see the artifacts uncovered in the waters of the region from shipwrecks that had been abandoned for centuries. There is also the Key West Aquarium, the Audubon House, the Ernest Hemmingway House and the magnificent sunsets at Mallory Pier. And don’t forget the iconic Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville to really sample the local flavor.

The best way to visit Key West is by staying in a timeshare, whether it is through ownership or perhaps renting a timeshare to see if this style of vacationing suits your needs. A fantastic place to start is by reviewing the available units here at BuyaTimeshare.com, where you can deal directly with an existing owner and not have the hassles, and added costs, that can come from booking with the resort.

Save yourself the money, time and worry by selecting the Coconut Mallory Marina and Resort unit you want, contacting the owner and ensuring a wonderful Key West vacation you’ve been dreaming about.

    Review:
Timeshare owner since 2003, but first time reviewer. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of improvements made to the property just in order to maintain it, not to mention those repairs resulting from major storm damage (cyclones and hurricanes) which devastated Florida’s coastline since purchasing the timeshare. Kudos to the management. I was ecstatic to see the return of the lush vegetation and marine life which also were impacted. My family and I stayed in a two-bedroom, 2-bath unit situated on two levels. Careful planning is needed since there was no powder room on the first floor. The condo was well stocked with linens, towels, paper products and toiletries. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the furnishings/equipment were maintained and in good working order. The kitchen was large and contained granite countertops and full-size appliances (dishwasher, range with flat cooktop, and refrigerator/freezer with built-in icemaker). The master bedroom contained a king size bed; whereas, the second bedroom contained a queen size bed. The beds were very comfortable which allowed for a sound, restful sleep. Each bedroom contained a flat screen TV with a great selection of stations. The living room also contained a flat screen TV, a sofa bed (enjoyed by the kids) and a private balcony where we enjoyed breakfasts and planned our daily excursions. The Coconut Mallory is a self-contained compound; we fished off the pier, played pool at the clubhouse, socialized at the boathouse bar, swam in the clean pool or took a relaxing dip in the hot tub. The property has some of the most picturesque views on the island, magnificent sunrises and beautiful ocean views right from the marine dock. The Coconut Mallory is conveniently located; just a short drive to Old Town or the beach, but away from the loud and party-filled Duval Street. The property offers rental bikes, water crafts and boat slips for use during daily excursions. This is a beautiful and safe property with a helpful staff, eager to assist and provide guidance – all you need to do is ask. Thank you, Nani and Carrie.

    Review:
This a relaxing resort off the busy Duvall Street, has a small gathering place to have a beverage and view the landscape and canals or just sit by the heated pools. Very pleasant staff. Rooms clean and furnished.
