In an increasingly unsafe world you can enjoy an annual holiday in a safe country where there are no dangers from flora, fauna or deranged persons. The locals are welcoming, friendly and helpful and enjoy talking with visitors. The scenery is spectacular and gentle to the eyes, with lots of activities for all ages. For a outlay of $NZ1000.00 for ownership and $NZ 800 per year, you too can benefit from owning a week every year in beautiful New Zealand and leave it as a legacy for the following generations.

Although the unit was only one bedroom, the grandchildren (8 yrs & 10 yrs) enjoyed the novelty of sleeping on a bed-settee in the lounge. Their days were filled with swimming, playing tennis and riding bikes, all part of the resorts facilities. They enjoyed the 6 km easy walk from the Waitangi Treaty Grounds to Haruru Falls and a little further to the shops for a meal of fresh fish and fried chips with an ice cream to follow. It is their favorite holiday place with their Grandparents.
