This is a beautiful house that is split into three condos, each can hold up to 6 people with one queen size bed and one sofa fold out bed. Each unit comes with a kitchen, full bathroom, living room and bedroom. All of the units are extremely clean and have air conditioning. All fo the units have a private patio and there is a common promenade on the top of the building. In addition, there is a heated common pool and jacuzzi. The building is maintained by the owner and each unit is rented at $1500.00 per week with a 50% non-refundable deposit due on booking. The location itself is in the town of Mismaloya which is on the south side of Puerto Vallarta and 20 minutes from the airport. The house is a 3 minute walk from the beach and is built onto a hillside giving it an amazing view of the valley, ocean and sunset. This is a great place to call home while in Mexico and perfect for couples or families
