Vista Peak was completed in 2000 and offers the most variety of the Barefoot Condominiums offerings, with studio, one-, two- and three-bedrooms units available. Some of the two- and three-bedroom units have lock-off configurations, meaning the unit can be separated into separate living areas if needed. 

Alpine Villa is the newest of the resort buildings and offers two-bedroom, fully furnished units that include two bathrooms, full kitchens, washer/dryer, fireplace, TV-VCR-DVD with cable TV system, hard wire internet service and queen pullout sofa sleeper for that extra sleeping space needed for larger families. 

Alpine Chalet/Cabin is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom furnished home with a full kitchen, living room area with a real wood fireplace, TV-VCR with satellite system, and a private balcony deck. This multi-story home has the master bedroom, second and third bedrooms upstairs, with the fourth bedroom downstairs and also has a washer/dryer and personal sauna in the basement. 

Summit View is the original building on the premises, built in 1980 with units having been renovated to include a fireplace, private outdoor balconies and, in the larger units, a private sauna.
