Timeshare Rentals and Airfare Bargains Available Online August 29, 2009
Posted by Bryan Connelly in : Timeshare Resource , add a commentInexpensive vacationing can be found by renting or buying a timeshare resort with BuyATimeshare.com. The best price on airfare is truly the key to enjoying an inexpensive getaway. As airlines tack on surcharges and baggage fees, online resources have become the only way to fly.
Price hikes in fuel costs triggered airlines to pile on surcharges just to operate. Recent fees were announced as necessary to offset diving ticket revenue. US Airways has raised baggage fees by $5 each way. This is the highest fees have flown in the industry for passengers checking in at the airport. Coupled with the convenience of buying at home, online purchases typically carry some kind of discount, sometimes as much as $50 off per ticket.
Matching moves made by American Airlines, carriers also announced a $50 fee to check a second bag on fighting between the U.S. and Europe. Most providers never charged baggage fees on trans-Atlantic flights. US Airways’ checked baggage fee is $20 to $25… Not round trip. Other airport surcharges apply, making the internet a more suitable and inexpensive. While booking online and prepaying for checked baggage can save up to $50 for a trip for two, renting a vacation property online can save you thousands of dollars.
The majority of US Airways’ passengers will pay the higher fee because just one-quarter of them check in online. The airline hopes the lower fee will be an incentive to switch to online check-in, which it says reduces airport lines and congestion.

The financial savvy Wyndham has endured the nationwide credit crunch far better than others. The company has continued to bring unforgettable vacations destinations, while succeeding in other sectors of hospitality.

A lot of very respectable brands have come along since, finding a niche and satisfying thousands of timeshare interest owners from all over. The difference is the intent. Our competeition will focus on the seller and the developer, but will not target the
BuyATimeahare.com has been providing the consumer with a reliable site to buy and rent luxury resorts at inexpensive prices. Up until mid 1990’s the only way to buy a timeshare was to pay $20,000 to highly trained, high-pressure sales staff whether you liked it or not.

Today BuyATimeshare.com helps those who need an economic way to vacation, and those looking to rid themselves of a liability. Buy A Timeshare or Sell A Timeshare Fast August 12, 2009
Posted by Bryan Connelly in : ARDA, General, News & Events, Timeshare Rental, Timeshare Resale, Timeshare Resource , 1 comment so farBuyATimeshare.com would like to clarify a recent timeshare ban http://www.wftv.com/news/20060551/detail.html. All of our clients and timeshares owners should know that you can still advertise your property in order to sell it. BuyATimeshare.com has never taken a commission after a sale. We have been providing commission-free resales for over a decade just by bringing buyers and sellers together.
A broker will charge a commission after the property is sold though typically brokers, and the resort developers, do not deal with timeshare interests—this is the reason BuyATimeshare.com exists.
Over the years we have found that the most reliable way to sell a timeshare is to advertise the property with an aggressive asking price. BuyATimeshare.com reaches millions of potential buyers worldwide. We work with a number of brokers to sell our inventory.
With the benefits of a broker and no commissions, when you choose to sell your property through advertising, BuyATimeshare.com can guarantee that we will aggressively advertise the property until it sells, with no future cost ever. With the benefits of a broker and no commission, BuyATimeshare.com is the name to trust in the resale industry.
Few companies are interested in helping the consumer get rid of timeshares; most have dedicated themselves to selling advertising only. The reason for the new legislation is to control the unethical and out of control. BuyATimeshare.com has a genuine interest in selling and renting out timeshares for folks who often have nowhere else to turn. We are the best bet for selling a timeshare. The Recent ban in the news explains how some businesses were exploiting loopholes to get more money form the client.
Legislation has been put in place to protect the consumer against timeshare resale websites that were charging a commission on top of the listing fee. BuyATimeshare.com had developed the timeshare resale industry before droves of others began popping up. Unfair and unethical tactics have been giving the timeshare resale industry a bad image. Our office works to get your timeshares sold!
More Defaulted Timeshare Loans Paid by Disney August 11, 2009
Posted by Bryan Connelly in : Disney, Timeshare Rental, Timeshare Resale, Timeshare Resource, Travel , add a commentBuying back more than $280 million in outstanding loans, Disney has been able to preserve a credit agreement between its timeshare sector and Citigroup.
Citigroup, which own over $400 million of vacation club loans, stopped purchasing mortgages from Disney in December of 2008 in reaction to the tightening credit market conditions and the looming recession. The Original deal between Citigroup and Disney mandated the developer to cover 18% of losses if buyers default on loans that were already sold to Disney. This year’s negotiations upped the ante to 70%.
And while these high-stakes negotiations are necessary to keep many timeshares going; these risks are not necessary to maintain the timeshare resale market. With for-sale-by-owner advertising, there is no sales staff to persuade buyers, since the consumer is already looking to buy. With no hidden fees or commission, our state of the art advertising brings buyers and renters together.
Are you looking sell an inexpensive Disney getaway? BuyATimeshare.com, with its unbeatable timeshare resale market, will expose your property to millions of folks looking for just that.
Leisure Time Spent Away From the Resort August 4, 2009
Posted by Bryan Connelly in : General, News & Events, Timeshare Rental, Timeshare Resale, Timeshare Resource, Travel , add a commentThe importance of a vacation is just as important as your work is. At BuyATimeshare.com, we provide vacations for so many timeshare buyers and renters that we sometimes forget to take a vacation for ourselves. Whenever I decide to take a vacation I have found my favorite resort is my tent. A vacation destination of nowhere in particular with a luxury suite packed on my back is typically how I get away. But for 2009, the tent took me to Trumansburg, New York, and the 19th Annual Finger Lakes Grassroots Festival of Music and Dance.
As some friends and I descended upon the town, 10 miles north of Ithaca, it was evident that music reigns supreme there. This festival started nearly 20 years ago as a modest concert to benefit a local AIDS support organization named “AIDSwork” out of Ithaca. Local musicians decided to make the concert an annual festival that would continue to raise money for the fight against AIDS and other worthy causes. Today the festival provides national exposure for the droves of local musician, and exposes music lovers to a vast array of artists from all over the world.
With time to just relax, what better way to unwind than to stroll though the fairgrounds and experience the collaboration of music and community? Friends, food and 4 straight days of eclectic music brought us everything from reggae, grassroots, jazz, blues and old fashion jamming out. With 4 stages and nearly 80 bands performing, they would often play together (throughout the night) to create completely new music. As I attempted to catch them all, I realized early on that the performers never really stop; by the last day, a nice quite nap became the real vacation.
Enjoy the work you do, but always take time out of your busy life to decompress with some friends or family. Strengthen the bonds with your loved ones and tend to your own needs, even if it is only a week or 2 at a time. The concept of a vacation is just as important as your work. If you have not taken the time out, I believe it will increase your relationships and the quality of your life and livelihood.
